Dione @ JAZZ.FM91 Friday November 11th at 10:00am. Dione Taylor will lend her support to JAZZ.FM91 -- Canada's Premier Jazz Station -- by joining Ralph Benmergui for "Benmergui In The Morning" for their Fall Fund Drive.

Ralph and Dione will give away an autographed copy of Dione's Juno-nominated debut CD "Open Your Eyes" and a set of tickets to Dione Taylor's Nightlife Jazz Tour concert at the Toronto Centre For The Arts. JAZZ.FM91 will also debut a song from Dione's upcoming CD -- set to be released in the spring of 2006 -- on Jaymz Bee’s show “Jazz In The City”.

Nightlife Jazz Tour is presenting Dione Taylor in concert in South Central Ontario. The shows will be held in Hamilton on November 17th at the Theatre Aquarius, London on November 18th at the Wolf Performance Hall and Toronto at the Toronto Centre For the Performing Arts on November 25th. Dione will be performing as part of the Toronto Blues Society's 19th Annual Women's Blues Revue at Massey Hall on Saturday November 26th at 8:00pm. This year's line-up will feature Salome Bey, Suzie McNeil, Dione Taylor, Roxanne Potvin, Shakura S'Aida and Lee Aaron. Tickets » » Click Here.

In October, Dione was in New York City recording a duet with the phenomenal David Clayton-Thomas. Front man of the legendary band Blood Sweat & Tears, David and Dione delivered a gorgeous rendition of The Stylistics' "You Make Feel Brand New" which was produced by the incomparable Philly-Soul producer Billy Terrell. The CD "T.S.O.P." will be released in the United States in the New Year!

While in New York City, Dione enjoyed hanging out with James Moody and Roy Hargrove at The Blue Note for a performance by The Dizzy Gillespie Alumni All-Star Band! It was the first time Dione and James had seen each other since meeting at The White House in 2004 for the celebration commemorating Black Music Month.

It has been an incredible musical journey for me, so far.
